Mrs Ramni Nirula is the nominee of ICICI Bank Limited (ICICI)
on the Board of Director of the Company.
Mrs Nirula had started her career with ICICI Limited in the
year 1976 in the project appraisal division. All through her
career, she has held various leadership positions in areas
of Leasing, Planning & Resources and Corporate Banking.
She was also the Managing Director & CEO of ICICI Securities
Limited, the Investment Banking arm of ICICI Bank Limited
from January, 2003 to January, 2004. Ms Nirula is presently
working as Senior General Manager with ICICI Bank and is also
a Director of ICICI Infotech Limited, ICICI Web Trade Limited
and ICICI Comm Trade Limited.

Mr Sanjay Labroo
Mr Sanjay Labroo is a Doon School
Alumnus and a graduate in Finance and Management from the Wharton
School of Business & Finance, Pennsylvania, USA.
Mr Labroo is the Managing Director of Asahi
India Glass Limited. He has been instrumental in successful
establishment and running of Asahi India Glass Limited, which
is a joint venture of B M Labroo & Associates, Asahi Glass
Company Limited, Japan and Maruti Udyog Limited. The venture
was set up in 1987 and is today the largest automotive safety
glass Company in India with annual turnover of over Rs. 220
crores.
Mr Labroo is also a Director of Welkin
Autoglass Services Limited, Automart India Limited, Essel
Marketing Pvt Limited, Crompton Greaves Limited, Krishna Maruti
Limited, Maltex Malsters Limited, Nishi Electronic Private

Mr Shardul S Shroff
Mr Shardul S Shroff, an eminent corporate lawyer of the Country,
was inducted on the Board of the Company in the year 2001. He
has been a practising lawyer with Amarchand & Mangaldas
& Suresh A Shroff (AMSS) since 1980. AMSS is one of the
leading and largest corporate Law Firms in India today. A Managing
Partner with the Firm, Mr Shroff has vast experience in the
areas of corporate advisory, joint ventures, Project Finance,
Corporate and Structured Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Mergers
& Acquisitions, Disinvestment and other corporate advisory
work across sectors. He has worked very closely on important
economic legislation as a member of several high powered committees
appointed by the Government of India.
Mr Shroff has been very closely involved with infrastructure
project finance deals and has played a pivotal role as an
advisor in structuring transactions in the area of Power,
Water, Roads, Ports, Airports, Oil & Gas and Telecom projects.
He has the distinction of handling a majority of disinvestments
of the PSUs, acting for the Government of India in some cases
in association with the Global Advisors and representing the
private bidders in some cases.
In addition to above Mr Shroff has also been involved in
an advisory capacity in various Government initiatives including
preparation of legal framework and structuring of projects.
