The composition of the Board, is an appropriate mix of executives and independent directors with a rich experience in related sectors for providing strategic guidance to the Company.

Our Annual Report has a more detailed corporate governance report that also specifies goals and activities of the Audit Committee and the Shareholders/Investors’ Grievance Committee constituted by the Board of Directors.
